As the Senior UX Architect, I was responsible for developing UX and UI solutions for both internal and external applications. This included defining a strategy for implementing a single design system for the web properties which was aligned with the SAP product design system and web components.In my role I also defined and implemented an Agile UX strategy that emphasized close collaboration between designers, developers, and product owners to streamline the handoff from design to code. A core part of the UX process was ongoing engagement with the development and testing teams, which involved participating in daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and product reviews.

Managed the implementation of a document management system and IT infrastructure for a Dubai based Architecture firm. I was also responsible for insuring that systems and infrastructure were capable of supporting the content and communication management systems within the firm. This included working with external contractors during installation and maintenance of the network and IT systems in the companies new office.

Provided UX Design and Interaction Design solutions for a variety of public and private sector organizations. This included delivering solutions for document management systems, mobile prototypes and online and onsite training solutions. Clients included:

Lecturer in the Bachelor's and MA programs in Interactive Media. I co-designed and delivered the MA in Interactive Media, including leading technical workshops. As part of the program, I also organized a collaborative Mobile Media research project in partnership with Hewlett-Packard Research Labs.

Provided UX Research and Design for a variety of Web and Video conferencing projects, included documenting and publishing lectures by the Basic Research Institute in Mathematical Sciences and the Internet Research Initiative. In addition I was responsible for providing user research and UX guidelines for the MECCANO project, a joint European research program on video conferencing tools.
